Who We Are
Bryan Woolsey
Bryan is Vice President, Program Operations for Tunnell Government Services. He provides oversight and strategic guidance to our program management team in order to ensure we provide our highest possible quality services consistently and continuously across all of our programs. His appreciation and vision of encouraging employee connectivity and providing outstanding customer service have been integral in the past year as we shape the organization in response to our continued growth. We look forward to his continued leadership and guidance in the coming years as we continue to excel and meet the demands of the industry.

Bryan previously owned and operated a consulting business that advised government contracting companies in the areas of business development and strategy, capture and proposal management and program operations.  He has extensive leadership experience in federal biomedical research and development contract operations and program management. Previous career roles include Chief Operating Officer for The McConnell Group and Senior Program Director for General Dynamics Information Technology.

Bryan resides in Sarasota, Florida and in his spare time he enjoys relaxing on the beach with his wife. He is also an avid sports fan and enjoys watching sporting events and hanging out with his two dogs, Lulu and Mack.
